Vision Where Do You Want To Go

Vision is very important not only in business, but also in a person’s life. There is a verse that says, “Where there is no vision, the people perish.” If you have been around something (either a business or organization) that has no vision, you know that this verse is very true. Let’s look at Vision and how to accomplish that vision.

What is a Vision?

A Vision is the answer to the question, “Where do you want to go?” By answering this question it gives you a workable vision. You can refine it a little, but this is your Vision of your company or life.

One thing missing in many visions is the “how to.” While there may be a reference to the “how to” it may be missing all together. The vision is more of a compass that directs all the actions of the “how to.”

Does a vision involve money?

Absolutely, it does involve money. It may not be the only part of the vision, but in any business, a vision will include something about money or a reference to money. To get where you want to go, it will require money.

How To reach your vision in network marketing?

By answering the question, “Where do you want to go?” you have a workable vision for your business, but how do you get to the vision or goals?

In any business, there is a simple thing that must happen in order to reach the vision written above. There must be returning costumers. In affiliate marketing and network marketing this is where the monthly residuals come from. Those who you sponsor/refer to the company/system must continue to use or stay with the company. Of course, this is called retention.

This is a huge problem for marketers. Once you refer someone to a company or service, how to get that person to stay.

Only two kinds of people will stay. If someone is making money, they will stay. This is a goal of a sponsor is to help those they sponsor to get money as quick as possible. It does wonders for your business if you do this. The second type of person who will stay is they fall in love with the company or service. These will stay if even if they make no money from the company.

No matter how great a sponsor a person may be, there will always be those who make no money. There are two possibilities for this. One of these possibilities there is not much that can be done. Of course, if the person joins a company and does nothing they will make nothing. There is l that can be done in this situation.

The other possibility is the person is really trying, but the person is in information overload. This is very common in internet marketing. There is so much free stuff out there that can confuse even the most veteran marketer. The second part of this problem is many marketers are marketing part-time. They do not have the time to duplicate methods that work. They have jobs and other life priorities that take away the time from their business.

So for these types of people there must be something in place to help simplify things while not requiring much time.

To reach a vision in network marketing, you have to help people reach their goals. By providing something that is simple, does not take a lot time, and still help people make some extra money, there is going to a greater possibility that people will stay around and help you succeed in your business.
