Skinny Body Care is a privately owned company out of Utah. Skinny Fiber is the flagship product of this company. To my knowledge, this is the only product that this company has.

This is a network marketing company that uses everyday people, called distributors, to sell and market their product. So in order to buy this product, you have to buy it from a distributor. You can easily find a distributor by searching “where to buy Skinny Fiber” and find many distributors to buy the product from. With that said there is a home-based business opportunity associated with this product. (More of that in my Skinny Body Care Review).

Skinny Fiber Review: The Product

Everyone knows how to lose weight. It is really very simple. You eat less, become more active, and you lose weight. A lot of people, myself included, have a problem with eating less. It does appear that the main ingredients do help with eating less.

Skinny Fiber has three main ingredients that help a person to eat less. The first ingredient is glucamannan, carralluma, and cha de bugre. Glucammnnan is an ingredient that expands after taking it. By expanding in the stomach it makes a person feel full and not eat as much as normal. Even on a show of Dr. OZ, he claimed that diet pills with glucammnann are the best diet pills to take to help a person lose weight.

The other ingredient carralluma is supposed to a person’s appetite. The next ingredient is cha de bugre is also an appetite suppressant, but also help increase a person’s metabolism.

Using WebMD to look at each ingredient, each of them has insufficient evidence for the uses. However, glucamannan is listed as possibly effective for reducing cholesterol levels in people with diabetes and helping to blood sugar in people with type two diabetes. One of the uses for each ingredient is weight lost.

As you may have thought, you take two capsules 30 minutes before you eat a meal (normally lunch and dinner). drink a lot of water after taking the capsules.

If I wanted to lose weight, I would try it for two weeks. In addition, mix some exercise as you take the product. If you are not physically active, just brisk walking 30 minutes every day. If you are very physically active, continue or increase the intensity a little as you take the product. If you become more physically active, you can lose weight using this product.
