Hi Mole J here. I hope you are having a great day. Yesterday, I we were talking about strengthening our weakness and finding balance in balance we have power. This is where the leaders are found.

Today I will get a little more personal and share with you tools that has helped me strengthen my weakness.

For all my life I have been very quiet and introverted. So, when it comes to calling people, I would shy away from it, come up with things I must do. Anything I could do to not get on the phone with people.
This fear of the phone was of course my weakness.

I did not know what questions to ask, how to connect with the person, or how to present my offer as a solution to the persons problem. So, I avoided the phone.

In order to strengthen this weakness I bought several courses mostly audio CDs and they have helped me immensely to strengthen my weakness. If they phone is your weakness, these are courses you can get that will strengthen your weakness.

First, Mike Dillard and Mark Wieser with Black Belt Recruiting. This has some mind-set, but is mostly a step-by-step way to qualify people to see if they are people you want to work with.

Second, Jeffery Combs, The Psychology of Asking. This is more mind-set of asking questions not only on the phone, but out and about ways to connect with people around you in your community as well as the phone.

Third, is Ceddrick Harris’s The 10K Per Month Attraction Marketing Blueprint. This will give you more about marketing than calling people. However, Cedrick is the top recruiter in My Lead System Pro. He stresses how important prospecting is your business.

Forth, is not a book or course, but My Lead System Pro. With Cedrick and other leaders in the system, they are always doing training on calling and closing people. There are live prospecting calls, and even role playing webinars you can join to practice before you get on the phone.

This may have gone a little longer than planned, but these three tools have been the most help at me strengthening this weakness in my life and my business.
