Got Fear Part 2
Hi everyone. Mole J here. Yesterday we talked about nuetralizing and overcoming fear and today I will give you two more ways to do this.
First, if your fear is rooted in past experiences, reshape that experience. Since our fear is based on our perspective of reality. You can reshape or remake this experience.
The final way is to use strength to overcome a challenge. This is where you do the opposite of what your fear tells you. You become your opposite. You may think this is too hard, but fear only has the power you give it.
