My name is David “Mole” Johnson from a very small town in Virginia, Appomattox. If you know US history, you will know this is where General Lee surrendered to General Grant to effectively end the US Civil War in 1865.

You may be wondering where did my nickname “Mole J” comes from. I got this nickname in High School from playing American football. Basically, the seniors gave me that nickname while I was a sophomore and the name stuck.  I added the “J” part to get personalized license plates. I carried that name into the name of this website.

I am currently helping other marketers from various companies reach their goals of running their own business from their homes using attraction marketing. A concept I learned from Mike Dillard, and I continue to study and improve myself from learning from the best in the industry.

In addition to marketing, I also teach English as a Second Language (ESL) in a small school in Centreville, Virginia, and work at a Total Wine Store in Northern Virginia. My goal is to move more into marketing in next year. However, I will continue working my other jobs(I enjoy teaching, and I get discounts on wine). I just want to cut back on the hours I work at both jobs, so I can focus more in marketing.

I have lived in several places and traveled to many different countries. I have lived in Hawaii for 2 ½ years thanks to the US Navy.

After serving in the Navy for 5 ½ year I studied history and got a bachelor’s degree from George Mason University. While I was still in university started teaching English as a Second Language. After I graduated, I started teaching English full time.
