You may notice that the website looks a little different. I bought a course on creating a blog and I am going through the course. It is a phenomenal course by Tracey Walker called Be Blog Savvy.

As I go through the course you will see this blog change and become better. You get to watch everything evolve over time. This could take a few days or a few weeks not sure at the moment. The content will remain the same, just more of it, but the appearance, feel, and functionality of this blog will be better.

For over 1 year we have heard the endless news about the terrible shape of the economy. We have heard about companies downsizing, foreclosures and unemployment are rising even higher. Many people are now looking for ways to being in some extra income and many of those have turned to the internet.

While there are many ways to make money on the internet, here are six ways to make some money online, along the challenges of each, and my recommendation. You will want to combine some of these strategies and most this is very easy to do.

You have probably seen the Tony Horton’s P90X exercise program. I started this earlier this this year. I wanted to put this up earlier, I just took my time editing it. You can see if this is real or just fluff.

I will be very honest with you here. If it was not for MLM Lead System Pro (MLSP), this blog would not exist, I would not be doing videos, I would not be writing articles, I would not be in network marketing right now. I would have left the industry about a year ago.

Even without the DVD that Brain, Norbert, and Todd released, MLSP has totally changed my life and my marketing career. I cannot imagine marketing without it.

Imagine you are getting 4 or 5 people a day joining your team. You are absolutely killing it and making a lot of money in the process. You feel the world is at your feet, and you love your company. Then one day you get a letter from your company and all those months even years of hard work just went down the toilet. Your company has changed its compensation plan, and you are no longer paid a commission on the sales of your team. Are you prepared for this? What would you do?

Many times as someone who markets online, we forget the world around us. We get so busy at being online, making capture pages, connecting with others online, but we do not do anything offline. This can be a huge mistake.

We often hear the words offline marketing, and we get the idea of going to the mall talking to any stranger within 3 feet of us (sometimes called the 3-foot rule), chasing our family and friends, and passing out flyers in stores. Basically trying to drag anyone we can into our business. Some people can make this work. However, it is very hard to duplicate.

When I first read Magnetic Sponsoring by Mike Dillard, this one thing resonated with me and made me believe that I could make it in this industry. It is totally mind-set. In order to be successful in this industry, YOU MUST BE AN ALPHA.

As you read this, you may put yourself in the Beta or Pre-alpha group. I was definitely in the Beta group when I first read Magnetic Sponsoring . How do you start the process of becoming an Alpha when you are a Beta? It is simple, you decide that you are an Alpha.

Taking a break from talking about Marketing for this post. If you have watched any of the news over the weekend, you have seen some terrible footage of videos of what is happening in Haiti at this moment.

In network marketing the failure rate is very high; there are a number of reasons for this. However, you want to look at those who are succeeding and figure out how are they able to succeed. When you study and analyze those who are succeeding in marketing find there are 5 elements that are a must if you are going to have a successful network marketing business on the internet.

The very first thing is you must have is a web page and capture pages (sometimes called squeeze page) that promotes you and not your company. This website needs to have YOUR story, picture, videos, it must be about you. This allows those who are visiting your site to start building a relationship with you.

Since this is my first post of 2010, I thought I would create a post about setting goals and how to turn your desires into realities through definite and practical actions. These are 6 steps from Napoleon Hill’s book Think and Grow Rich.
